U.S. Shipping

  • Processing: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method

  • Tracking info will be sent via email or SMS

  • We always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, especially during high-demand periods

 International Shipping (Including Mexico)

  • Processing: 2–5 business days

  • Delivery: Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method  (varies by location and customs) (We are not responsible for customs delays)

  • Duties/taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility

  • When available, duties are calculated at checkout (DPP)

  • Tracking info will be sent via email or SMS

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses

  • If a package is returned to our address due to an incorrect address, Return to Sender, or refusal of delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package 

After Shipment

  • Once shipped, all delivery issues must be handled with the carrier

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed

  • Occasionally, email systems may incorrectly mark our receipt and tracking emails as SPAM. Incase you do not receive an order confirmation and shipping notifications please check your email folders under spam/ junk
